One book alone was not enough to "create" Trump. The other part of the story is how he represents the distorted values of the business world. I've met many mini-Trumps over the years. They are managers, VPs, CEOs, and always will deny the reality that's right in front of you. It was strange and unsettling to see what it was they considered normal. The mystery is why in the US when we finally have a choice over who can be our 'boss', we elect someone we'd never want to work for!
